Ownership and estates
Tenancy by the entirety
Joint ownership by spouses, with survivorship and protection from individual creditors
Available only to married couples in the states that recognize it. Neither spouse may convey their interest alone, and in many of those states a creditor of one spouse alone cannot reach the property. It ends on death, divorce or joint conveyance.
How the exam asks about it
The examinable features are the marital requirement and the inability of one spouse to convey unilaterally.
